Inovativní způsoby sušení extrudovaných krmiv

Anotace

Cílem projektu je vyvinout a úspěšně uvést na trh inovativní způsob sušení extrudovaných krmiv a to pomocí vakua a s aplikací tuku na povrch a do pórů granule. Navržený způsob sušení bude zohledňovat jednak energetickou účinnost procesu sušení (dnešní způsoby sušení představují 50 % energetické spotřeby výroby krmiv extruzí) a jednak vliv sušení na nutriční hodnotu krmiva (při vysoké teplotě a dlouhé zádržné době vznikají produkty maillardovy reakce).

          Annotation

The aim of the project is to develop and successfully launch an innovative way of drying the extruded feed by vacuum and applying fat to the surface and to the pores of the granule. The proposed drying method will take into account both the energy efficiency of the drying process (today´s drying methods represent 50 % of the energy consumption of extractive feed production) and the drying effect on the nutritional value of the feed (the high temperature and the long retention time of maillard reaction products).
